The valleys of Southern Oregon make for a wide variety of climates, which allow in turn for a wide variety of grapes to be grown.  In the last twenty years, many winemakers have brought the craft and art of making fine wines here and the region is now one of the fastest-growing wine-producing areas in the world.   Sample the wares at the vineyards’ tasting rooms or find them offered at many local restaurants.
